Leone Farquharson is a multifaceted creative director, scholar, AI storyteller and former NCAA All-American long jumper who blends artistry, innovation, and advocacy to drive meaningful impact. She is the CEO and co-founder of New Horizons, a creative solutions hub addressing some of the world’s most pressing challenges, and the founder of Apparent Inc., a digital health and precision medicine company.Holding a B.A. in Biology & Society from Cornell University and will be pursuing master’s degree in Medicine, Health and Socity at Vanderbilt University, Leone’s work sits at the intersection of public health, technology, and creative media. She is passionate about advancing health equity—particularly in women’s health, BIPOC communities, and mental health in sports.An award-winning photographer, visual artist, and self-taught designer, Leone leverages her skills in storytelling, UI/UX design, and content creation to build platforms that inspire and empower. Her athletic journey includes representing Jamaica in the Olympic trials, giving her unique insight into resilience, discipline, and leadership.Through her ventures, creative work, and community engagement, Leone champions the belief that people can—and should—pursue their “multipotentialite” careers, balancing diverse passions to make a difference in the world.
